Record of Heritage Work
Our ‘Record of Work' documents the heritage elements still present in the building following seismic strengthening in 2017.
​
We used drawings and photos to show how the property sits in the lively Cuba Street heritage precinct.
​
The record was required as a condition of WCC's Built Heritage Incentive Fund that provided funding to the seismic strengthening of this building.
​
We sourced information from the owner, the structural engineer, the designer, and the documenting architect, WCC archives and the WCC heritage team to make this Record.
